- Within North America with a preference for properties with a total travel time less than 6 hours from Logan (BOS) Airport
- Socially responsible criteria / global investor friendly (including Sharia compliance).

- Casinos / gambling
- Religious or political uses
- Most financial services (banks, financing, insurance)
- Any use which caters to a prurient interest or is otherwise inconsistent with the highest standards of decency and morality prevailing in the property’s community
